A women’s retreat designed to ground, replenish, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm. Co-led by DRIFT founder Vivian Duelli and retreat guide Carly, this journey is your invitation to soften, root, and flow — just like the tides of the Baja coastline.
Through twice-daily yoga, intentional rituals, nourishing meals, and soul-stirring adventures, you’ll move through a carefully curated experience held in feminine energy, nature, and community.

Beyond daily yoga and meditation, Mar y Mujer offers a blend of soulful experiences, adventure, and Baja’s natural beauty:
Yoga twice daily, meditation or Yoga Nidra on some evenings
3 meals daily and dinner under the stars on some evenings / *V, GF, DF options upon request
